Today's car was backed into by a U-Haul truck. It put a huge dent in the driver's door and caused the door to be mis-aligned so that it would not close properly. The U-Haul driver did the right thing and notified the owners of the vehicle about the damage and offered to pay for the repairs. Maaco replaced the door panel with a new one from Mazda, repaired the door frame to correct the alignment problem, removed all of the trim, lights & mouldings around the area to be repainted to achieve the best paint job, matched the factory paint. We also provided a 5 day free rental car allowance. The customer was able to get their rental car from our shop and drop the rental car back at Maaco when we completed work on their car.
