1977 CHEVY DUALLY WORK TRUCK COMPLETE

Maaco Fremont's Car of the Day is this 1977 Chevy Dually. The customer came to Maaco Fremont to make the truck look more presentable. It needed a lot of work. The old paint was peeling and raw fiberglass was showing through the paint on the fenders. Maaco Fremont took it from eyesore to the good looking truck it once was. We started by machine sanding the surface to get rid of  most of the old paint. Then we applied a coat of poly-lok 2 component  primer sealer. Finally we painted it with a durable, single stage paint. The customer picked a nice brown from Maaco's color book. The customer is so happy with the work that we did that he's not sure if he will use it for work any more--he doesn't want it to get scratched.

1991 Toyota MR2 Complete Supreme Paint Job

Maaco Fremont car of the day is this 1991 Toyota MR2.
The customer came to Maaco Fremont looking to make his sports car shine in the summer sun.
He wanted something glossy that would last, stand up to the heat of the summer and would not fade or start cracking like the original paint. So Maaco Fremont offered him the Supreme single stage polyurethane with a 4 year gloss warranty and Maaco's Prep Plus.
Maaco Fremont also fixed some cracking in the rear bumper. This little sports car looks great. The customer was super happy and loves his car even more with a fresh new paint job. He is ready to hit the streets of San Francisco.

Peeling Paint on Mitsubishi Eclipse

Today's Car of the Day is a no-nonsense 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse street racer with some seriously delaminating paint. The sun killed the clear coat and it is flaking off in large patches. Maaco sanded all the failed paint off then put a new coat of 2-part primer/sealer on the car before repainting it. Now it's time for this Mitsu to get back to business.
