2001 MITSUBISHI GALANT COMPLETE PAINT

Maaco Fremont's car of the day is a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant.
This is a commuter car the owner got tired of all new cars driving past him with there shinny paint. He didn't want to spend money on a new car, the Galant gets good gas mileage so why trade it in.
His wife saw the Maaco ad and  said why don't we go to Maaco to get the car painted instead of getting a new car. They came to Maaco Fremont to get a estimate. We went over the car with them to make sure we didn't miss anything, I gave them a price that made them happy. Here's the the car now.
Please comment and let me know what you think.

1994 Honda Accord Paint Job

Maaco Fremont's Car of the Day is a 1994 Honda Accord.
The customer did his own prep work and brought the car to Maaco for the paint. He did a great job removing the peeling paint and "feathering" the edges of the chips & scratches. Maaco Fremont painted the car with our Ambassador single stage enamel and we blacked out all the moldings. The Honda came out looking great.

1991 Toyota MR2 Complete Supreme Paint Job

Maaco Fremont car of the day is this 1991 Toyota MR2.
The customer came to Maaco Fremont looking to make his sports car shine in the summer sun.
He wanted something glossy that would last, stand up to the heat of the summer and would not fade or start cracking like the original paint. So Maaco Fremont offered him the Supreme single stage polyurethane with a 4 year gloss warranty and Maaco's Prep Plus.
Maaco Fremont also fixed some cracking in the rear bumper. This little sports car looks great. The customer was super happy and loves his car even more with a fresh new paint job. He is ready to hit the streets of San Francisco.

Today's Car of the Day is a 2001 Ford Focus that came in with peeling paint, also known as delaminating paint on the hood. Maaco-Fremont recondition the delaminating paint, applied a coat of primer sealer, painted the hood, blended the fenders for a perfect color match and installed new pinstripes on the fenders.

Peeling Paint on Mitsubishi Eclipse

Today's Car of the Day is a no-nonsense 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse street racer with some seriously delaminating paint. The sun killed the clear coat and it is flaking off in large patches. Maaco sanded all the failed paint off then put a new coat of 2-part primer/sealer on the car before repainting it. Now it's time for this Mitsu to get back to business.

Bumper Repairs on Chrysler Concorde

Today's Car of the Day is a nice, two-tone 1994 Chrysler Concorde that looked good except for the peeling paint on the bumpers and body side mouldings. These darker parts of the car were literally disintegrating due to the sun's punishing rays. In the "Before" photos below, you can see the yellow colored plastic exposed under the original paint. Maaco repainted all of these plastic parts and the car looks like new again.
